The Good Shepherd Church, Kottayam, Kerala was constructed in the year, 1882 and afterward in 1964 the church was renovated to restore its grandeur and original luster. The Good Shepherd church is located behind the Civil Station at Kottayam. The Good Shepherd Church is eminent as the first church under the important Diocese of Vijayapuram.
